You can request a payoff as soon as your account shows a minimum balance of 10 USD. Simply click on “request payoff” under "Account / Payoff". There are no advantages in repeatedly requesting payoffs. Therefore, we politely ask you to minimize our efforts by limiting your payment requests to 1 or 2 times for each accounting period.
All requested payoffs are carried out via a collective Paypal payment at the 10th of each month.
For on time payment please note that your payoff request must be filed latest by the 5th of the concerning month. Requests filed after the 5th are carried forward to the next payoff date.

Should you have requested several payoffs within one accounting period, rather than requesting it once before the 5th of the respective month, you will receive a single entry for each amount.

Usually the transfer is carried out on the 6th of the respective month. In case the 6th is a holiday the transfer is postponed to the following workday. Taking all eventualities in account, your money should always be on your account latest by the 10th.

As a matter of principle, payoffs can only be requested with a minimum balance of 10 USD. Smaller amounts are transferred to the next accounting period and can be requested once the 10 USD limit is reached.
