    FAQ to "Basics of Textbroker"
How are the costs for an order calculated?
As a basic principle, prices for OpenOrders as well as DirectOrders are based on the word count.
The client has the option to determine the minimum amount of words as well as the maximum amount of words that will be reimbursed.
When assigning an OpenOrder the price per word is calculated by a fixed tariff chart in accordance to the clients requested quality level.
With DirectOrder however, the price per word is determined by the author himself.
Where can I find the current price list?
The price list can be found under http://www.textbroker.com/en/client-prices.php
Whom can I contact for further information?
Please first inquire our detailed FAQ page. Should your questions not be answered there, please write us an e-mail to mail@textbroker.com.
Does Textbroker check the articles for plagiarism?
Yes, all articles are automatically scanned for copied text passages by a internal control-system as well as a the notable copyright service "CopyScape".
If an article exhibits any questionable content during our checkups, our quality control team immediately handles all necessary processing before the article is sent to you.
Therefore, you will only find articles in your account that have been checked by both systems and are considered credible by Textbroker.
Despite the thorough quality control, we cannot excluded the fact that these security measures can be avoided with a little criminal imaginativeness. In case of deliberate infringement of copyright law, Textbroker will reveal the originator's contact information to the injured party for further legal prosecution.
Can an author sell the same article to several clients (multiple license)?
No! The author must compose every article completely new and may not "sell" his work to multiple clients. This fact is also explicitly and clearly indicated in the authors user menu.
I have forgotten my password. What now?
Please send us an e-mail to mail@textbroker.com. Please note that the return address of your inquiry coincides with your registered client e-mail address.
Where can I sign up for this service?

Are there any examples for the different levels of quality?
Because of the rather wide variety of our evaluating methods, there can not be a valid exemplary text for the different levels of quality.
What type of articles does Textbroker have to offer?
What type of articles does Textbroker have to offer?
Basically Textbroker can provide any type of article. In order to receive quality results, it is necessary you provide a detailed description of your assignment. Also, consider your requested quality level when placing OpenOrders. Research-intense or highly technical orders should exclusively be assigned to 4 or 5 star authors.
At what point in time an author chooses a certain assignment, or if an assignment is chosen at all, strongly depends on the above mentioned criteria.
How do authors of various quality levels differ from one another?
