How do I contact a client?
Just use our messaging function by clicking the client's ID. You can find the ID in all uncompleted and completed orders. Once you are in the client’s profile, click “write this client a message.”
Can I give a client my e-mail address or phone number?
No. To protect both your privacy and the client's, do not give or ask for your personal contact information. If you have any questions about clients asking for your information, please contact support at mail@textbroker.com
