What purpose does the blacklist serve?
The blacklist keeps track of all authors you do not want to work with anymore. As soon as you place an author on your blacklist, he can no longer access any of your OpenOrders.
Can I give an author my e-mail address or phone number?
No, our Terms of Service do not allow the exchange of personal contact data. For your protection as well as our authors, please communicate via our internal messaging system.
