Executive Assistant (Las Vegas) Representative

Job Purpose:
We are looking for a mature, efficient, upbeat and energetic individual to support the CEO with scheduling and coordination of the day to day operations in the Las Vegas office. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for most personnel duties, invoicing clients and generating reports for management. This position is also responsible for managing client funds and following up on delinquent payments. The Executive Assistant must be extremely organized, computer savvy and will be expected to handle confidential information with professionalism. This is an exempt position that requires interactions with all levels of staff and clients.

Essential Duties

  • Assist the CEO with scheduling of appointment and internal meetings
  • Track attendance through HRIS system and timesheets
  • Invoicing of clients and tracking of payments
  • Report hours and payroll exceptions in accordance to payroll schedule
  • Manage supplies and order as needed
  • Create presentations for sales, investors and other purposes as needed
  • Anticipate needs and issues before they arise
  • Relay communication from CEO to the staff
  • Assist managers with projects or resources including contracting temporary personnel
  • Welcome new employees and assist with onboarding
  • Assist employees with insurance benefits

Skills/Qualifications/Experience:

  • Minimum of five years of administrative experience supporting executives or key personnel
  • Familiarity with insurance benefits and HR laws
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
  • Strong attention to detail

Client Services Representative

Job Purpose:

The client services representative is responsible for handling incoming emails and phone calls from Textbroker clients.

Author Services Representative

Job Purpose:

Communicate and motivate freelance authors regarding content needs of managed clients. Assist in creation of professional communications and publications on behalf of account management department and for other departments. Provide support to freelance authors as they complete content projects for the service. Provide support to author services and account management teams as they manage content projects and website administration.

Skills/Qualifications/Experience:

  • Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Active reading comprehension and following instructions.

Job Purpose:

Grow the business by assisting the sales department and supporting their clients. Build and maintain relationships with sales and managed clients. Managed clients are generally larger clients that pay a premium to receive additional or enhanced services. Ensure that clients are satisfied with the quality and timeliness of delivery of the content written by authors through the site. Meet client deadlines using creative solutions.

Job Duties:

Authors Freelance Writers

We are looking for talented writers to register as authors with Textbroker International to provide written content for our growing number of clients on a wide variety of topics. We have large clients who need blogs on current news articles, product descriptions and a variety of legal articles. Authors are asked to write articles according to the exact instructions provided and submit them to clients within the required deadline.
