For the best possible overview of your projects and to help you organize your articles clearly, Textbroker provides you with an “archive”. You can find your archive when you go to the menu tab “Order Administration”. Here, you’re able to view all archived projects and orders in addition to having the ability to edit, move, and send them for proofreading as you would do normally. You can even delete the orders from here.
To archive an existing project, just go to “projects” in the order administration menu. Here, you’ll see the list of your current, existing projects. Just select the project you want to archive, select the “Move to Archive” option, and confirm.
If you just want to archive a few orders, select the articles from the order-overview page and then choose the option to “move selected orders”. You could, alternatively, click the “Move Order” button from the selection at the top of the order. From here, you just create a project for the orders to be moved to and archive the project once you’re done. If you already have an archived project for the orders, just select it from the drop-down menu and confirm.
If you want to de-archive your orders, just navigate to the archive page. Select the orders you need, choose the option “Move Selected Orders”, decide which active project you want them moved to, and confirm.
The Archive is there to help you maintain a clear overview of your articles in the Textbroker interface. We hope you have great success with your next project.
